4) description of the events leading to the ban shit happend in the past, when fx became sxr and whatever, between him and yoyo and i got involved, stupid mistake, but it doesnt deserve a perma ban.

because it was on a more personal level rather than server rules etc. it wasnt in violation of any motd.
