If you're friend didn't save any of his CD keys then your doomed. I had to get scans of the Cover, the Bar Code on the back of the Box, and the CD key with the case open for 3 of my games, and e-mail it in with my ticket. I'm just doing the waiting game now. I'll have my shit back, no way in hell I'm giving up my 7 digit account. I'm just glad they didn't get my 5 digit.
