its kinda like someone wielding a shotgun, you don't respect the guy, you fear the guy, essentially you want people to fear you and that is a long way from respect, respect is earned, not given.
Now if you were to rephrase that to "i don't like disrespectful people on behalf of the server" your argument for admin wouldn't sound so selfish.
Alright i'm editing this for a step by step process, MANI IS A PAIN IN THE ASS
1: In ftp go to, orangebox/cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin and open up the banlist remove them there 2: Go to orangebox/cstrike/cfg and delete them from banned_user.cfg
In the case you just banned them from the servers actual ban list, they will be added to the autokick_name folder in the mani_admin_plugin folder, and make sure to check step 1 and 2 after you cleared them from the autokick_name.txt file.

i'm also pretty fucken sure he has an aim script, look at the way his aim does a small jerk everytime he shoots at someone, not necessarily a headshot script, but every time he misses the head, it's a 2 shots deag consistently, and tahts rare, only a certain spot can do that
